The seller for this item was extremely kind to send another when my original was lost. They did not have to do that and I really appreciate it! The shipping the 2nd time took like a month which is a bummer, but that is no fault of the seller. They sent it out right away and UPS had it for ages. Really love the keychain though, my brother just got his pilot's license and he liked it a lot.
